Setting the Trap & Releasing the catch

Best to wear gloves when setting up the trap to avoid transferring human odours onto the trap

1) Place your bait at the end of the trap
2) Set the foot treadle
3) When the animal goes for the food, it stands on foot treadle and releases the door, that closes with gravity.

Release
The lid is solid giving complete protection while holding the handle as the trap is transported. .
